I have had pretty bad acne for a long time and for the past year that I have been using all the Desert Essence products (for acne) I haven't had any blemishes at all. I love the all natural aspects and also LOVE that there is no animal testing! Even though I am in my 40's, I still have oily, blemish-prone skin. I use it daily on my t zone to reduce oil during the day. But more importantly, I use it to treat individual blemishes. It never dries out my skin the way other acne products do. It has a great scent, and feels so clean and natural. Usually the blemish is greatly reduced in a couple of days. As soon as I see a bump start to form I reach for this immediately. Within 24 hours the blemish shrinks in size, the redness goes away, and the drying process starts to set in.
