Snap off approximately 18 in (45cm) of floss.Wind the floss around the index finger of each hand, leaving 3 in (8cm) of floss between them.Gently guide the floss between the teeth, and using an up and down motion, clean between the tooth taking care to clean just under the gum line.Using a clean section of floss, repeat the procedure for each tooth.
