Mix one scoop of SELECT Café protein with -8 oz cold water, milk, or milk substitute. Amount of liquid can be adjusted to meet your daily protein requirement through a combination of high protein foods and protein supplements. 3 Other Ways to Enjoy! Classic Iced
Mix 1 scoop of Select Café Protein with 6-8 oz of cold water, milk, or milk substitute. Shake in a shaker cup or stir with a spoon. Pour mixed into cup and enjoy! Blend It - Frappe Style

Add 1 scoop of Select Café Protein to a blender with 4 oz of cold water, milk or milk-substitute, and 1 cup of ice cubes. Blend until desired consistency is reached. Classic Hot

Prepare 6-8oz hot water at your desired temperature (Do not use boiling water, as this will cause the product to clump, best results are when water is 185-190 degrees F). Add approximately 1/2 scoop of Select Café Protein to the water and mix with a spoon. Once mixed, add the remaining powder and mix again.
