It does not heat up but I like the herbal smell and it feel a bit cooling. The massage roller is really handy. I actually have one but I like the fact this comes with a built in one. I’ve already finished the bottle but I still continue to use the roller with a different cream. the massage roller helps prep and loosen your skin for absorption of the cream. After finishing this cream, using day & night applying on stomach & legs I would continue to use this one. It really did help firm up my legs a lot and looking more smooth. I can really see a difference and it doesn’t try to burn off my skin like the MUST CUT one. 
150ml size, does go a little fast still if you plan to use 2 times a day, one month usage but the price is fair and results are acceptable. I think the difference is with the usage of the roller along with the cream really helps. You also buy individual body rollers to use with other creams.

How to Use:
