This elastic adhesive tape is designed for myofascial and kinesiology taping. It's flexible and water resistant, yet breathable. It can often be worn for multiple days, even when swimming. The material consists of cotton spandex threads and a 100% acrylic adhesive. With elasticity much like human skin, Curad kinesiology tape can stretch 160% its original length.
