How to use:

Roll out the paste on a non-stick surface or using cornflour\/icing sugar for dusting.

Assemble the Garrett Frill with the chosen size of centre and cut out the shape.

Using a Bulbulous Cone Tool，placed onto the edge the paste，roll the modelling tool backwards and forwards to create a frilled effect.

Cut the frill to the length required and attach to the side of a cake using a little water
