For Home Installation, a 12V Power Supply/Driver is recommended for long term/hours use and your electrician will usually ask you to provide them with Power Supply for installation instead. The Live/Neutral Cable will be done by them for installation. Adapter tend to damage the led within 6 - 9 months.

We do not take Responsilibity for Led Strip Light that have been Short circuit or Damaged by Contractors/Electricians during the fixing/ installation of the LED Strip Lights.Before fixing the LED Strip Lights,please do Check and test before installation and please do not remove the 3M Tape until the Leds Light are tested and in good condition.
It is highly recommended to purchase our 12V Adaptor/Power Supply as it will be tested together with the LED Strip Light before delivery.

a)What is the difference between 3528 And 5050?
Ans: For 3528. the led are smaller,3mm by 3mm while 5050 led are 5mm by 5mm which means that 5050 is brighter.
b)If I wants to use RGB Led Strip Light for my Cove Lights,what should I need?
Ans: For Cove Lights using RGB with more than 5 Meter,you will need a RGB Amplifier and Power Supply.As the length of the Led Strip Lights becomes longer,you will required more RGB Amplifiers. We will also provide you with a Circuit Diagram on how to connects the Amplifier/Driver/RGB Strip Lights which you can pass to your Contractor/Electrician for reference.
c)What is the difference between Adaptor and Driver?
Ans: The Adaptor is use to connect directly to a Power Point with a single Led Strip Light while the Driver can connects few cutted Led Strip Lights together to the Driver and then the Driver to a Power Point, thus reducing the number of Adaptors at your Power Point,mainly for home use.
d)If I wants to cut the Led Strip,how should I do?
Ans: There are 2 ways of doing this. 1 is to use Soldering ,the other solution is to buy a Led Strip Connector 3528/5050 at $4.90 depending on which Model you are using. By using this Connector,you will not be required to use any Soldering.
e)I am confused of what to buy as there are too many variety to choose.

f) Do you Help to Install the Led Strip Lights?
Ans: We do not help to do any installation.You can approach any qualified electrician or your contractor to install the Led Strip Light for you.

h)Are there any Warranty ?
Ans: Yes,for Led Strip Light,it is 3 months.However there are Terms and Conditions. Please refer to the Top for more info. For Adaptors and Drivers,it is 1 month.

Ans: Yes,you can purchase the 3 Button Control for either RGB or Normal Single Color to Dim the Led Strip Light.
