Warranty :

We offer 3 months warranty . Please test goods within 3 days after parcel received , BUT DO NOT INSTALL before Testing ( Only Connect LCD / touch screen to mainboard for testing ).  WARRANTY VOID if LCD / touch screen damaged after Installation. Order Non-Refundable! please understand .

Packaging :

We usually pack our products by anti-static bags, bubble bags, good quality cartons.  And we promise here if you get it bad because of poor package, it will be 100% our responsibility .

Shipping  :

Once payment confirm ,we will send within 3 days , and all package come with tracking code for checking parcel statues online .

please contact us if you have not get your items within 30 days from payment instead of open a claim .

EMS normally take 7-15 days.

DHL normally takes 3-5 days to reach.

HK post / China post / ePacket normally take worldwide in 10-45 days .

The extra shipping fees have to be charged by you if destination address is on the remote Areas\' list on DHL ,please kindly understand.

Returns  :

Buyer should check the package once receiving. If the package is damaged during shipment, please refuse to sign for the package and it will return to us. Please contact us immediately if you do by chance receive a damaged shipment.
