TVMOUNTER warranty its products to be free of defects in material and workmanship for the product warranty period.
The warranty period starts on the original purchase date of the product.

What is the period of coverage
This limited warranty extends only to the original purchaser of the product and not in any subsequent owner.
TWO (2) years for metal TV wall mount.

How to get warranty service and what we will do
For warranty claims made during the warranty period, TVMOUNTER will replace any defective parts free of charge.
We will discuss the problem with you and once we confirm the product is under warranty,
We will arrange for you to collect the replacement parts
This Limited Warranty DOES NOT cover the cost of removing and replacing defective parts from your TVMOUNTER product.
So if you requires a repair technician, you must pay any labour charges.

Additional limits on the warranty
The limited warranty is automatically VOID if your TVMOUNTER product is modified in any way; improperly installed; taxed beyond its stated weight capacity or otherwise misused or abused.
All TVMOUNTER products are intended for indoor use only and any outdoor use voids this limited warranty.

How state laws relate to the warranty
To the maximum extend permitted by applicable law, TVMOUNTER disclaim any other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose and warranty of merchabtability.
In any event, no express or implied warranty can last longer than the term stated above (*What the period of coverage is).

Installation Terms & Conditions

Installer have the right not to perform work if wall structure deem not fit for installation.
(eg plaster board; glass feature wall; marble wall; irregular shaped wall etc)
Standard wall mounting shall not exceed 1.5 meters from floor level to bottom of TV.
Additional charge applies, to a maximum height of 2 meters from floor level to bottom of TV.
Installation includes connecting to Singtel or Starhub set top boxes only.
DOES NOT include set up of home theatre system and other system.
Removing of existing tv is chargable (depending on TV size).
Soundbar installation charge is $30.
Any special installation requests if accepted will be chargeable and to be invoice separately by the installer.
Installation date from Monday to Saturday only. Sunday and Public Holiday OFF. Timing 10-2pm or 2-6pm.
