Time and date setting instructions:
1. When the LEDs are off， press the top button (MODE)， the watch display time， the TIME LED is on.
2. Press the bottom button (SET)， the hour LEDs will flash， press the MODE button to adjust time， hold the MODE button for automatically increasing the time digits.
3. Press SET again， the minutes LEDs will flash， press MODE button to increase digits.
4. Press SET again， the month LEDs will flash， press MODE to adjust month， DATE LED will on to show it is on DATE mode.
5. Press SET again， the day leds will flash， press MODE to adjust date.
6. Press the SET to turn the watch back to normal display.
