I never had any problems with Walmart online ever in the past. I've always received good service. I was hesitant to use this company but decided to try it any way. but now not only do i have a broken product, I am out $60. Now I would like to get my money back, but since Walmart uses third party companies such as ALTA TAC INC, I can't call them, but email only. You have got to be kidding me.
