To Activate Heat: Squeeze the metal coin located inside the heat pad until you hear a CLICK. The liquid will begin to crystallize and heat up. To speed up crystallization, simply shake the heat pad until it is completely crystallized. Massage the heat pad for a few seconds to make it soft and pliable. Apply to desired area of your body.
