DESCRIPTION

Brilliant straw-yellow colour with greenish reflections. Intense and complex aroma with notes of tropical fruits, passion fruit and citrus. Aromas of fennel, with a balsamic background. Especially elegant and fresh. On the palate is equally fruity and fresh, structured and lingering. Glutinous, sweet an elegant touch of bitterness at the end, characteristic of the Verdejo variety.
