Our whole grain brown rice pasta contains no wheat, no gluten, no cholesterol, no dairy products - so everyone can enjoy it, regardless of dietary challenges. We grow the brown rice for this pasta organically so there are no pesticides, no herbicides, and no commercial fertilizers.

Directions
Bring 4 quarts of water to a boil in a large pot. Add 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp oil to water if desired. Add pasta to boiling water and begin timing for 8 minutes. Stir gently for 3 to 5 seconds. Maintain a boil while cooking. After 8 minutes, drain pasta then rinse with cold water. Top with sauce and serve.Note: for pasta al dente, cook for 7 minutes. Free OfGluten, wheat, dairy products and cholesterol.
