How to use:
1. Soak body with warm/hot water for at least 15 minutes before use. Make sure no soap/body wash was used.
2. Place hands in pocket.
3. Starting with small area, scrub back and forth with pressure until dead skin starting to roll off. If dead skins don't roll off after scrubbing few times on one area, move on to other parts; DO NOT over-scrub.
4. Wash off and use soap or body wash.
5. Recommendation:
    - after taking shower, use body lotion/cream to add moisture and softness.
    - Use once a week (once in two weeks are fine also).

CAUTION:
- DO NOT scrub too hard. It may damage other skin cells.
- STOP USE immediately if it hurts.
- NOT SUITABLE for children.
- DO NOT use every day.
- Use for face is not recommended; however, if desired, apply little soap or facial cleanser to soften the towel, then scrub in circular motion with VERY LIGHT pressure.
