Company Policy
We try to serve you to our utmost best.

(Please read carefully before ordering)
1. Items sent by Singpost normal mail takes about 3-5 working days excluding Sunday and Public Holidays.
During festive seasons, it may take up to 2-3 weeks. However we are not liable if the delivery takes a longer time as it is normal mail and not trackable.
2. Registered Mail & Qxpress parcels will be sent out every Monday and Thursday.
3. We only allow cancellation or refunds if there is no stock. Exchange is allowed if items have defects.
Strictly no refunds for late delivery by SingPost or Qxpress.
