4) Please come down to our shop for 1-1 exchange for spoilt items within 14 days subject to stock availablity.

For Shipping and Handling :
1) We will ship out the items within 1-2 business days after payments have been cleared. Delivery timing to your location would depend on the delivery company.
2) Qxpress delivery takes an average of 3-5 working days.
