Q:The transmit speed is slow when importing RAW photos.
A: The reader is with the standard USB 2.0 speeds, which is about 14MB/S~16MB/S. The photo with RAW format usually is about 20-30MB per photo and it takes around 1 second to import one photo. So it seems slow, but the speed follows the standard. Besides the speed also has a relation with the CPU of your iPhone or iPad, for example, under the same condition, iPad Pro can import the photo much faster than that of iPhone 5.

Q: My SD card is 64GB, is it compatible with the reader?
A:The SD card camera reader is compatible with Secure Digital (Standard SD and SDHC) memory cards. Supporting SD card capacity less than 64GB(including 64GB)Do NOT support Wi-Fi SD card. Also 128GB SD card is not compatible as well. Sometimes SONY brand SD card is not working well, because of its high current.

Q: I have no idea whether my iPhone / iPad can work with the reader or not.
A:First making sure your iPhone is with iOS 9.2 or above and iPad is with iOS 8.0 or above, because ONLY from iOS9.2 and 8.0, Apple opens this function to iPhone and iPad.
