They all arrived --- gorgeous. I love the holidays. I spent like a kid in a candy store- which means i probably spent way to much on an impulse. My only issue is not being able to contact 1 company. I ordered 2 charms in error-- duplicate. I can not get a hold of this company-- Knights Treasure. Their web site is not easy to connect for customer service. They do answer their phone. Will keep on this. I had no problem with other companies.
