    Collagen is the primary structural protein found in joints, bones, skin, hair, nails and other connective tissues. It is responsible for maintaining the strength and elasticity/flexibility of these tissues found throughout the body.

    Our CollagenUP 5000 complex contains unique, clinically researched, enzymatically hydrolyzed, low molecular weight Fish Collagen Peptides with Hyaluronic Acid and European-sourced Vitamin C, providing the fundamental building blocks for support of healthy joints, bones, skin, hair & nails. Taken as a dietary supplement, this product provides the body with the raw materials needed to support the strength and integrity of bodily tissues. Our specialty processed Fish Collagen is enzymatically hydrolyzed (broken down) into its component amino acid peptides in order to help ensure optimal absorption/bioavailability.

    Suggested Use

    Mix 1 tablespoon (approximately 5.12 grams) in approximately 2 ounces of water or juice. Add an additional 6-8 ounces, mix well (for best results use room temperature liquids and a blender bottle), and drink on an empty stomach at least 1 hour before or 2 hours after meals, or as recommended by a qualified healthcare professional. Avoid taking with other foods containing protein as they may interfere with collagen absorption.
