The heart of this fine timepiece is its Seiko VD53 Quartz Chronograph Watch Movement which includes a 3 hand movement (hour/minute/seconds) with 3 indicators and a date window at the 4:30 position. The indicator at the 3 o'clock position records up to 24HR, the indicator at the 6 o'clock position records up to 60 seconds, and the indicator at the 9 o'clock position records up to 60 minutes.
