Return, Exchange and Refund Policy

*For Singpost Normal Mail, there will be no tracking Number, seller is not responsible for recovery or refund incurred if lost mail

Due to Seller: (Shipping: By Seller)

- Incorrect items sent

- Defective items sent

- Any shortage of item received

Please provide pictures for:-

1) The defective area of the received item.

2) The item contents within the parcel package.

3) The parcel package with the delivery information.

Due to Buyer: (Shipping: By Buyer)

- Buyer change of mind

- Buyer change to other available products or does not want the item anymore

- Buyer order wrong size/design item

- Buyer address is incorrect

- Buyer parcel is returned to seller by postman

Please provide pictures for the item.

Postal Return

-  Buyer must return Items to us by singpost registered mail.

-   Buyer incurs the two ways postage fee(

-   Item must remain in their original condition, unused, unworn, unopen with their original packaging, tags, labels, and seals intact

- Provide picture of the item to us

When you send the items back to us by singapore registered mail, please leave us a note in the parcel indicating the order number and which design or size to change to. We are unable to identified and process parcel without order number.

1) 1) The sequence for English name and Chinese name will be printed according your input at the name to be printed column.  If you write English then Chinese, we will print English name on the top line and Chinese name on the bottom line and vice versa. If names is long and would like to split to two lines, please indicate by adding ^ in between the two characters.

2) Name Sticker will be printed according to the information provided by you. This includes the upper/lower case letters, spelling, simplified or traditional chinese character, symbol & etc. Please be specific and provide the accurate information as this is customised services and we are unable to make any changes/refund after order is made.

3) Seller reserve the right to amend the font, font size, alignment and number of rows if the original selected is unclear, unable to present correctly and if is not suitable.  Eg. i) Some names with the mixture of Chinses Simplified and Tranditional Character which is unable to present correctly. ii) Some english letter unable to present visibly. Default fonts will be used for the circumstances. No further notice will be given.

4) If no font is specific, we will use the Default English Letters,"Comic Sans(L3)", and Chinses Characters "宋体(C4)"

5) Please leave memo to us for any specific requirement Please check your order after the payment is done to make sure the characters you have input is correctly captured by Q0010. We have experienced customer wrote chinese character but it does not shown in the order. Please leave us message right after your order for correction if this ever happened. Thanks for your attention and kind co-operation.
