• Package will be delivered directly to the doorstep of the address issued. Tracking number is availabe. In case of unsuccessful delivery, the postman will leave a collection slip on your door or mail box for collection at the nearest post office or you may also request a redelivery from singpost. Will shall not be held any responsibilities for lost mail by normal postage. We strongly recommend customer to use registered mail.

Refund / Exchange

• We will only refund full payment if the item is out of stock.
• An exchange will be done on if the item sent to you is incorrect or defected*
• Cutting issue is not consider as defected item. Strictly for defected item only can exchange back the same design item.
