Terms & Conditions

PURCHASE AND DELIVERY INFO
1) Please ensure that the correct item in the correct colors/sizes has been selected before you place any order. Once orders have been confirmed thewhiterabbit will not be able to amend and no exchanges will be allowed if wrong colors/sizes are selected.
2)Items will take 2-3 weeks to be shipped over to singapore
3) Items will be shipped out within 1-2 working days when items reached us to do quality check and packing. Please ensure that all required information are submitted during the payment process to avoid possible delays during shipping.
4) Mailing days fall on weekdays. Weekends and Public Holidays are excluded.
5) All the payments will be verified within 24 hours. Order will automatically be cancelled if payment has not been received within 24 hours.
6) We only accept ibanking and bank transfer.


SIZING AND COLOR ACCURACY INFO
1) Items may have a difference of 1-2cm in the provided measurements.
2) There may be some slight color differences for some items


SHIPPING INFO
1) All local delivery mails are handled by SingPost unless otherwise stated.
2) Normal mail will be $1.50 and thewhiterabbit will not be responsible for any lost mail. Therefore registered mail is highly recommended.
3) Registered postage will be an additional $3.74. A tracking number will be available to trace your parcel status in the event you opt for registered postage.
4) Self collection is only allowed upon agreement between buyer and seller

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

1) Out of stock preorder items will be refunded to the customer. 

2) Return and Exchanges will be done only when it is agreed upon on between the seller and the buyer. 

3) If there is a need, customer will be required to bear the cost of the return delivery charges. 

4) Customer is required to attain the certificate of posting (COP) from the post office if they are sending back the parcel via normal postage.

5) If No proof of COP provided from the buyer and seller did not receive returned parcel, seller have the rights not to refund.

6) All return items must be in their original condition, unwashed and unworn with the tag intact should it come with it. Items which do not fulfill these criteria will be rejected duly.
The following reasons will not be considered for exchange/return:

1) Personal dislike or change of mind after purchase.

2) Actual item's design/cutting/colour deviates from buyer's personal perception.

3) Slight colour difference resulting from the difference on individual's monitor.

4) Cutting does not suit the customer.

5) Deliberate damage of the item in order to make item eligible for exchange.

6) Minor defects such as loose threads, scratches or slight stains which are unobvious under normal lighting, slight assymetry, slight misalignment of seams, dropping of buttons which can be sewn on, or any reason that are similar in effect. In general, 'defects' that do not affect the general outlook of the apparels when worn will not be considered as defects and hence, are not eligible for exchange/refund.
