As the other cleanser it is a clear gel that lathers nicely. It deep cleans your face and leaves it soft. Thankfully, this cleanser has been great. It smells amazing, keeps my skin clean, fresh, and yet dry and soft for many hours. In addition to cleaning, I love the antioxidant protection it provides with the vitamin C which also gives you a nice glow. It comes in a nice orange tube, which is very practical to use. I have used SEVERAL in my time, and very few I have really liked. My problem is that it is hard for me to find one that actually removes ALL of my make-up. I will “wash” and then when I apply an astringent, I can see that I still have make-up on my skin.When I got in the shower the night I received this, I tried it out. I put a small amount in my hands and made a good lather. Then I just rubbed it all over my face and neck. I then used my facial sponge to rub it in. I rinsed and went on about my shower. When I was ready to apply my astringent I knew that would be the true test. I rubbed it on with a cotton swab, and looked down, and ….NOTHING was on the cotton ball. The cleanser had removed ALL of my make-up. Not only did my face look and feel clean….it was clean!
