SMART CARE TIPS
Below some phenomenon is not a defect of the pot but some characteristic of stainless steel. Pls take note:
  1. Take out the valve vents and clean thoroughly each time after use.
  2. Food particles may be logdge at these vents after use, you may use tooth pick to gently push it out and get rid of debris so that the pressure cooker is at the tip top working condition
  3. Food sticking problem: always heat the pot then add oil lastly food to create non-stick condition to the pot.
  4. Stainless Steel pot appearing rusty : AVOID adding salt to water before the water is boil. Adding salt to non-boiling water will create pitting to occur. Science and chemical reaction. so...avoid it.
  5. Rainbow like hues : kind of discoloration is due to over heating especially burning your pot over high gas flame or electric stove
  6. Spotty chalky stain : our water have calcium, it will build up on your pot after you wash and water stays on the pot over long period of time. Solution: dry your pot immediately after wash, or sprinkle some baking soda on damp sponge, rub the surface, clean and rinse, the dry immediately.
