RETURN POLICY:

 

1. ALL Items are checked and well packed when delivered. If there is any damage to the product will be due to deliver failure in handling. I am sorry to say that any damaged product will not be accepted for return and refund.

 

2. Unless the product that you got is in perfect condition. AND you are willing to pay the full shipping fee, I am willing to return you 80% of the Sale Price+shipping fee. In this case, please DO NOT manually cancel the item in Qoo10. 

 

Once I recieved back the product, I will immediately transfer the agreed amount to your banking account. (Please leave a note of your account no.+phone no. in the delivery package)
