Delivery time:
We will mail out your order via SingPost within 0-2 working day after payment confirmed, you will be able to receive your items 2-5 days after payment date.
Normal Mail:
Parcel will be delivered to the letterbox directly.
If delivery is unsuccessful (nobody is at home), the postman will leave a collection slip at your door for collection at the nearest post office.
If the postman did not leave a collection slip at your door, you need to go to your nearest post office to check if your parcel is there.
No tracking number is available for normal mail.  
We are not liable for any lost/damage during the postage, therefore we strongly recommend you to opt for Qxpress.

Tracking number is available. Qxpress delivery status can be track via Qoo10 system.
 
Qxpress delivery will reach you within 3 days, sometimes there might be some hiccups & may delay to 4-5 days. Please understand this and do not put all the blame on me due to delayed shipping, as I'm not the one delivering them.

Directions
