We apologise for mailing you a defective item.

In the event that the item is no longer available in stock, store credit of the same amount will be issued.

Normal postage paid by customer will be reimbursed based on the stamps pasted.
Return items mailed by us will be via normal mail.

Despite helping to check with singpost, there are reviews mentioning slow delivery which is not within our control.

Please be advised that for items that do not fit into your letterbox, the postman will attempt to deliver it directly at your doorstep. In the event, of non-receipt a delivery advice will be provided for collection at a designated post office. Should the item remain unclaimed after 10 business days, it will be returned to the sender provided there is a return address. Please be informed also that ordinary mails like documents or letters will be delivered maximum of 2 working days and large parcels will be delivered within 3 to 5 working days Monday to Friday from 09:00 am to 06: 00 pm exclude public holidays.

Quality assured. Material is stretchy. 

170cm, 49kg normally fits H&M size 26 for jeans. 
Tried size 26 and fits well. It looks like jeggings.
Tried size 27 and it is more like jeans. Both are comfortable.
