The MOSTHUR-997 is a head unit replacement module for 2006 - 2012 Porsche Boxster, Cayman and 997 vehicles with a MOST fiber optic amplifier. It allows you to replace your existing radio with an aftermarket stereo or navigation system while still retaining the factory amplifier, speakers and, if equipped, steering wheel controls. Note: Steering wheel controls are only supported for Kenwood and Alpine radios. Feature

Allows an aftermarket radio to be installed into select Porsche sports cars with the M.O.S.T. fiber optic amplifier.
Retains the factory M.O.S.T. fiber optic amplifier, speaker, original sound quality and steering wheels controls if an Alpine or Kenwood head unit is used.
Does not require aftermarket speaker, amplifiers and an expensive rewire of the vehicle. Includes a European to standard Motorola AM/FM antenna adapter.
