Terms and condition-7days exchange policy (Non-refundable and non-credible)

Thank you for shopping with Tots shop. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange it. (Customers will have to pay for shipping and handling of returned items.) Returns are ONLY accepted within 7 days of the shipped date. You may not return: any items marked, stained, used or torn in any way. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable (unless the product is damaged or the wrong item was shipped). Exchange policy is only for customers who has choosen registered mail.

All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with original bag that has sent to you. After e-mail us the design you want to exhange with your receipt of deliery, you will need to pack up your items for shipment via Singpost registed mail (in the original package that we have sent you). Please note that you will be responsible for all the shipping costs. Once your return is processed, we will send out the item that you want to exchange for within 2 working days.
