This item melt easily and most of it had slightly melted head at the tip only, overall still in brand new and able to use.
It is also very easily to drop out the whole head, simply push it back to it and it can be use again.

Use lighter to melt a little bit of the broken end and merge it back to another broken end. You can use this method to fix a broken lipstick as well. ;)
