DESCRIPTION

This is a great carving and slicing knife. The blade is 12", which a lot of people like because it's not quite as long as the 14" version so it's a little easier to handle and get more accurate slices. It's fantastic for slicing prime rib, ham, or any other large cuts of meat. This is a must for any restaurant that is carving meat to order.
