Hold the ‘+’ or ‘-‘ button down to quickly increase or decrease the set celsius / Fahrenheit temperature. If the temperature is decreased below 150C / 300F it will cycle up to 315C / 600F. If the temperature is increased above 315C / 600F it will cycle down to 150C / 300F.
