1. We will not be responsible for lost items if you give the wrong address. Please ensure your mailing address is clear and correct during ordering. We will also not be responsible for lost items if you did not opt for delivery method with tracking number. We highly recommend buyers to choose registered mail with tracking number. Delivery takes 2 to 3 working days.

2. In the event whereby the items are not damaged , defective or not operating properly, please take photos of the envelope , poly mailer, packaging and the defective item and contact us immediately.

3. We will not provide replacement for defective/missing/broken parts if we found that the investigation is the fault of the buyer.

4. We will not be liable for any losses, damages or sufferings caused by the use of products sold.

5. We reserve the right or at our sole discretion whether to change, modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time.

1. All ordered items will be shipped out within 1 to 3 working days if there is stock.

2. If an item is unexpectedly out of stock, we will inform you and full refund will be made if you do not wish to wait for the stock.

3. You will bear the mailing and handling charges for resend if the item is returned to us due to wrong address, un-collection at Post Office or rejected by the recipient.

1. All items that contain electronic parts will be given free 14 days warranty from the day you received the item. Longer warranty period may be offered for some products. Should the item become defective within the warranty period, 1 to 1 exchange or repair will be provided up to the maximum of 1 exchange per item only, Please contact us through email to arrange for exchange. Strictly no refunds will be allowed.

2. We reserve the right on the final decision to determine if the issue is manufacturer’s defect or user ‘s mishandling or negligence that caused the damage for replacement or repair of the item.

3. Items with no electronic parts will not be given any warranty.
