Warranty Disclaimer

• Purchase warranty and your risk is reduced to zero! On buyer's request, we will exchange item with no questions ask (T&Cs below:)
• Warranty purchased is valid for 6 months from date of purchase
• Valid for 1 for 1 replacment of same item only
• Buyer can opt for a different color for replacement item
  
• Buyer is required to mail back item in original packaging
  
• Once item received, we will mail out the replacment piece within 3-5 working days

Delivery & Shipping Time from Singapore: 

Not for urgent orders! If you need it urgently please email us and we can try to work out something. Otherwise, shipping time shall depend on Singpost which takes about 3 -5 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) during off peak seasons.

Working days are from Mondays to Fridays, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
