我先讲像我这样小小的朋友们怎样吃。九个月以上宝宝可以熬汤、煮粥,少少就好了!因为文冬姜真的很辣的!。没姜的粥,说真,我每次吃不完,有姜味?我真的很有胃口!原来姜能促进孩子食欲、帮助消化、防治感冒、散寒镇咳等食疗功效。
大人怎样用?我们的纯正文冬姜粉可以用来调味、腌渍、调汤、冲茶,快捷方便,不需下锅煮炒。
1. 调味
菜肴煮好后关火,再撒姜粉(像撒胡椒粉),用锅铲铲几下就可以吃了。
用来炒鸡蛋真的很好吃噢!
2. 腌渍
有没有吃过炸姜鸡?把姜粉和面粉腌鸡肉1-2小时后再去炸,脆脆香香!
3. 调汤
汤煲好后关火,加姜粉,试试辣度,搅搅盖锅10-15分钟,可以喝了!
4. 冲茶
