My hormones went crazy and I have tried everything from proactive, 360 clean, equate brands, warming cleansers and many more… even some of the normal neutragena products. I have very sensitive skin everything left my skin so dry that my skin would peal and have rashes and wouldn’t even take care of my problems. I can use the naturals brand skin cleanser and makeup remover twice a day and it still leaves my skin soft and hydrated and clean of everything. I have very deep pores and so I get my worst bumps that stay red and has clear bulge of liquid under it for up to two week usually, with this product after only one use it had taken away all the liquid and you can hardly even see the redness anymore. I have now used this product for four days and can’t believe the results I’m having, four years of pain and trouble and in four days I have the cure! I can just take all my makeup off and cleanse all at once with this, rather than scrubbing my eyes with eye makeup remover first. It also smells really nice and doesn't irritate my skin. I've tried so many acne cleansers to try to help with my breakouts, and those types of products actually made me break out even more. I found that my skin responds much better to more gentle, natural cleansers and this fits the bill. For those talking about the pump being difficult to open, it is confusing because with most pumps, it will pop up when it's open. This one doesn't do that, and it really confused me for a while too. Just turn the pump counter-clockwise, it will open but it won't pop up like you're expecting it to. I love this stuff and I'd definitely buy it again. I used to be a Clinique girl, but tried Neutrogena when I just didn't have time to get to the mall. My skin stays nicer, and there's no cost comparison. BUT I tried the Naturals because my skin is sensitive -- I picked up the Naturals cleanser because I could see it had no dyes, and my fault for not reading the label clearly. But why would you go to the trouble of making a product with no dyes, and then put an overpowering sickly-sweet fragrance in it? Newsflash, folks -- if we're sensitive to dyes, we're probably sensitive to fragrance, too (and this one just smells bad, anyway). I can't use it at all on my face -- the fragrance overpowers my perfume, and because it's right there under my nose, that's all I smell. Leaves my skin dry and itchy, too. I tried using it just as a hand soap so I at least don't have to throw it away, but even that is overpowering. I've gone to another brand of sensitive-skin cleanser -- and I won't be back, as it is gentle enough for
