How to Apply:

Apply eyeliner to eyelash to position line shape, sweep outwards from the middle of the eye, then sweep inwards; apply preference eye shadow afterwards

Afterall, apply liquid eyeliner on eye shadow, sweep towards the end of the eye in one sweep, close your eyes for a few seconds to allow the liner to dry
