INGREDIENTS : Shallot? lemon grass? chilli? sugar? salt? spices and vegetable oil.

TO STEAM : Steam 700 grams of fish for about 10 minutes. Pour in the Masfood 101 Portuguese Style(Steamed-Fish) Paste. Let it steam for another 5 minutes.

TO FRY : Stir-fry 700 grams of prawns /squids /chicken with the Masfood 101 Portuguese Style(Steamed-Fish) Paste for a few minutes. Add in 100ml of water and cook until it is all boiled. Serve it while its hot.
