Step 1. Before dipping, wash away oil, dirt and soil covering the jewellery.
Step 2. Dip in the Jewellery for few seconds, take it out & wash with cold or running water.
Step 3. Wipe dry with soft clean cloth or Silver Polishing Cloth.

If it is due to wrong address entered into the system and we receive the returned mail, I'll contact the buyer for a redelivery, at the customer's expense.
