Amope GelActiv Extreme Heels Insoles For Women Size 5-10 1 pair

Ensure inside of shoe is clean and dry before using gel insoles. Remove plastic backing and look for marking to indicate which ultra thin insole is for the left (L) shoe versus the right (R). Place each Amopé GelActiv insole sticky side down into the front of the appropriate shoe ensuring the raised area starts at the beginning of the slope of your shoe (this will be under the ball of your foot). Reposition as needed.
