Benefits of Squats, without the strain!

The Squat Magic helps you get the booty and body-shaping benefits of squats without the strain to the knees or back. What makes Squat Magic unique is the specially engineered tilt that puts you in the correct position as Squat Assistive Technology (S.A.T.) guides and supports you on the way down.

A Custom Workout

You’ll be targeting 5 muscle groups in 1 safe, guided move. It’s like having a personal trainer in your living room. Customizable resistance bands provide support and assistance on the way back up to make squatting easy for everyone; or more challenging when you’re ready.

Perfect Position Our patent-pending Squat Assistive Technology (S.A.T) guides you on the way down and gently assists you on the way up, helping you perform a squat with perfect form and alignment every time.	Low Impact Perform squats without straining your knees or hurting your back. It’s low-impact, easy on the joints, and helps make a squat doable at any level.	Countless Exercises The Squat Magic Wall Chart (included) is packed with 15 squat variations to target core, glutes, and legs from every angle.

Getting Started with you Squat Magic

Step 1 Remove all packaging and stand the product upright, checking it is locked into the base. The tube should be twisted clockwise until the 3 small holes align with the arrow on the base. This should be checked before every use.	Step 2 Select the assistance level you require and stretch the bands, twist locking them in place so the arrows on the plug point upwards. Place caps in the remaining holes.	Step 3 Step up to the device so that the arrow on the base is visible between your legs. The Squat Magic Exercise Device should be tilted towards you.	Step 4 The seat pad is adjusted to your height with the pad at the top of your thighs, below your bum. As you become familiar with the device, adjust the seat to suit your technique.
