Customs, Duties, Taxes and Import Fees

Any additional charges for customs clearance and/or brokerage fees must be paid by buyers We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We assist our buyers to declare their purchase at lower price in the commercial invoice and as personal use / gift to minimize the chances of being imposed import tax and duties or any brokerage fees.

Returns

We strive to satisfy our customers and stand behind everything we sell!

Each customer must contact us prior to any return. Returns and/or exchanges of merchandise must take place within 14 days of receipt of product. All products to be returned must be in unused original condition, including packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, accessories, etc. The product's original factory seal must be intact.

All items must be shipped back with a tracking number for inspection and processing prior to refund. If an item is shipped back to us without a tracking number and is not received there will be no way to verify if the item was ever shipped to us.

If the order qualified for free shipping we will withhold and not refund the shipping and handling costs incurred by us. We reserve the right to decline any return or exchange where the product is not in acceptable condition.

In order to continue to offer the lowest prices on the internet, we cannot provide refunds for opened products that are not defective nor can we refund freight or handling charges. The terms of our return policy may change without notice.

We ship via UPS or DHL Express and offer expedited shipping. Insurance is included in the shipping fee. You will be emailed a tracking number once your order ships. Orders usually ship within 1 business day of receipt of payment.
