What You Need:4 tbsp butter or coconut oil (melted) plus more for the pan 1 cup of water.

Mix:Mix entire bag of dry mix with the water and melted butter or coconut oil.

Cook:Warm butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Ladle 1/4 cup batter onto skillet. Pancakes will form little bubbles when bubbles open flip pancakes over and cook other side.

Remove from heat to a plate. Repeat process with remaining batter adding more butter or coconut oil to your skillet as needed.
