What's the tranditional way? Tranditional Nuuk is just use water and Korea Organic wheat, mix together and vinify 15~30 days.

How to make Makkoli, let's study!
Ingredient : Rice 2kg, Nuruk 1kg, Yeast 1 teaspoon, Mineral water(constrast to base material 160%)
1. Wash rice and soak rice in water 2 hours.
2. Squeeze water from the rice for 2hours.
3. Make rice cookedhard(hard-boiled rice).
4. On the pot, add yeast,nuruk,mineral water then fermentation(do not use tap water,probably can not fermentation).
5. On the 4, add 3.
6. Close with fabric.
7. Should keep tempertarure 20~25℃(if over than 30℃,it will be acidic)
Depend on temperature, fermentation period will have difference 1~2days.
(20~25℃ : 5~7days, 25~30℃ :4~5 days)
8. Strain liquor through a sieve.
