I played with them as a child and it brought back memories of my dad as I helped my son put the house together. He thinks they are so cool and I want him to actually play with something - not just watch videos on the Smartphone all day. He loves this set and the little figures that came with it. We have added a mini Batman and Freeze and other super heroes so there are more men to live in the house. The quality is really good and sturdy, the directions were easy to follow for assembly but I had to do it because they are too difficult for a 4 year old. It only took a couple of minutes to assemble the house. He loves that the door opens and closes and he creates smaller things on his own like tables, "cars", a corral for the horse....
