Bee Organic is a USDA Certified Organic Handler - Certified by ''A Bee Organic''. As a Certified Organic handler, Bee Organic is able to purchase USDA Certified Organic materials and formulate them into their own products, then marking them with the USDA seal. Bee Organic only uses organic ingredients in our operation so there is no chance of co-mingling and cross contamination with non-organic products. Bee Organic only selects the highest quality ingredients from the best places.
Here at Bee Organic we have very high quality standards. The Certified Organic supplier that we use for beeswax, receives test results from the manufacturer/harvester. These test results indicate that the wax is free from chemicals. All Bee Organic wax is harvested using sustainable practices. The process is chemical free. The bees are NOT killed during the harvesting process.
Bees can travel vast distances from their hive, so the wax that is Certified Organic by the USDA has to come from areas where bees will not contact non-organic or chemically treated flowers. Most if not all of these regions are located outside of the US. Bee Organic has yet to find a USDA certified beeswax manufactured inside the US.
