We recommend that you remove and safely retain the warranty card which will be provided in the packaging of your Acorn Fan.

You will require this warranty card to register for the FREE 2nd Year Warranty.

Without this warranty card, you will NOT be able to register online for the FREE 2nd Year Warranty.

The warranty card will be placed on a very prominent area on the exterior of packaging. If you are unable to locate the warranty card upon delivery, DO NOT receive and sign for your package. It is deemed that you have already received the warranty card once you sign for it.

Installation Information
Replacement Installation is provided at a nominal rate of $30 per fan.

 Place of installation must be within 2.6 metres from floor and on a concrete sold ceiling.

Replacement Installation will be arranged and installed within 5 work days from date of order.
