Care Instructions & Precautions 1. This product can be hand-washed or dry-cleaned.
2. Fabric can be damaged by washing in laundry machine.
3. Do not use bleach or soak into the water for longer than 30mins.
4. Cover the button and other ornaments with foil when it's dry-cleaned.
5. Wash it immediately when it gets too much of water or sweat otherwise it can be stained or dis-colored.
6. Must be air-dried unless it gets damaged by dry machine.
7. Be aware of being snagged or getting too much of lint by rubbing it.

Quality Assurance Standards 1. On the principle of government notified consumer dispute resolution standard, the product indemnifies the loss of consumers. - defective fabric quality, subsidiary materials, poor needlework, inaccurate size, misleading messages(i.e. no indications as well as fraudulent misrepresentations) and laundry accidents due to incongruity in material composition: Support free repairs to the products bought within-year, give full refunds.
Yet, we provide consumers with free repairs to products bought over than a year in case of defects of needlework- support free exchanges of products which are bought in 7 days due to inaccurate sizes, designs, color discontents but in original conditions. If there is a problem even on the one side of a suit of clothes, both top and bottoms should be replaced. Only appropriate product is replaced at the different case of material and design.
2. We do not have any duty about the product damage by customer’s carelessness, the transforming from washing mistake, and a year expired goods of quality guaranteed period. If only it is possible to repair, we will offer it with the service at actual expense.

International shipping fee may vary depending on regulations of foreign countries.

    Ship in 3 days from the day after payment is completed (Operating based on Seoul/GMT+9, excluding weekends and holidays)
    • Average International shipping time is up to 7-15 days (Based on Korea business days).
    • When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
    • Additional delivery time will be estimated up to 5-7 days for KUHO brand due to the reason that a small quantity is made for all items.
    Precautions of Return
    • Requesting your return is only available when your order is preparing status.
    • Requesting your return is only available through 1:1 inquiry if your order is in transit.
    • Exchange is not available for international shipping items.
    • Please note that return request must be made within 15 days from the date your item is delivered.
